MH6 Series

The MH6 Series PTO is a very durable PTO with a wide range of input gears, shifters, speed ratios and output shafts that work with most of the existing transmissions and applications.

MH8 Series

The Metaris MH8 PTO is our alternative to MH6 PTO with the ability to mount on the 8 Bolt Transmission opening. This design uses no adapter plates and cuts down on leaks and installation time. It has an "A" ratio that is not offered in the MH6 model.

MHD8 Series

The MHD8 series PTO is designed for heavy duty applications and is very compact. It is available with standard internal ratios and several types of output options.

MHS10 Series

The MHS10 series Hot Shift PTO is a standard PTO for the 10 bolt World Allison Transmission. It offers 5 different ratios and 5 different outputs to meet your needs and has excellent shift on the fly capabilities.

Control Towers 8", 10" & 12"

Metaris Control Towers come in 8", 10" and 12" heights. Their base dimensions are 4 1/2" x 5" to center of the bolt holes. These towers will accommodate our current dual controllers and our single controller with an MH102X adapter kit. And these towers offer sturdy steel construction.

Air Controllers

Metaris offers single and dual controllers. The single controller operates the engagement and disengagement of the PTO. The dual controller operates the engagement and disengagement of both the PTO and the pump. They are available with and without the kick-out option.

Feathering Valve

Metaris now offers a MH787F valve which is a more defined 3 position 4-way feathering valve. This valve features precise control and feathering while dumping a load of stone or asphalt. It comes with a heavy duty body and control lever. It is also equipped with a safety lockout device to prevent unintentional lever movement. Metaris also offers an installation kit for our 8", 10" and 12" towers.

Hydraulic Tanks & Hose Kits

Metaris tank options include Polyethylene Upright, Steel and Aluminum Upright and Steel and Aluminum Saddle Mount, and are available in the most popular gallon sizes and include all mounting hardware. Hose kits are available in 8 different setup configurations.

Dump Pumps

Metaris Dump Pumps are rugged, reliable and interchangeable with many popular brands. Available in MHC101, MHC102, MHG101 and MHG102 styles. Features include:

Unloader Pumps

Metaris Unloader Pumps can be retrofitted onto existing packer systems without major system changes. Our Unloader Pumps allow the operator to pack on the run while operating in residential areas. Features include:

• Continuous oil circulation
• Activates from a remote switch in cab
• Reliable 12 volt controls

Dry Valve Pumps

Metaris MDV Dry Valve Pumps are ideal for refuse packers, snow and ice equipment and other mobile applications. The MDV pump can reduce fuel costs and operator fatigue by eliminating the need for stopping and starting the vehicle to engage and dis-engage the PTO. Available in both the MH51 & MH76 Series.

MHP51 Wide Body Pumps

The Metaris MHP51 gear pump is well suited for a variety of applications including: utility line trucks, refuse equipment, snow/ice control, low boys, transfer/live floor trailers and any heavy duty equipment. Features include:

ML & MK Pumps

V10/V20 Steering Pumps

These vane pumps, F & NF and P configurations, ideally used for steering systems and applications where priority control flow and relief protection are required. Features include:

WFD2.0 Heavy Duty Dump/Walking Floor Pump

Dual pressure pump 2000 psi for dump bodies 3000 psi for live floor trailers. Pressure switching is controlled from the air supply of the truck. Features include:
